When you join us, you’ll get access to The Community Nest. Through this wraparound support service we provide opportunities for help, training, capacity building, networking and more.
What’s coming up next for The Community Nest?
Towards the end of the year, we’re running a fundraising series for groups in our network. These sessions will be practical and peer-informed.
Covering the range that groups actually need: grants, donations, diversifying income and community-owned assets.
We're recruiting!
We’re currently looking for members to join our first Advisory Collective Panel, which will be made up of 6-8 grassroots leaders. This panel will help to shape The Community Nest.
At least 60% of seats are reserved for people from our fiscally hosted network, expertise and time will be remunerated. Send us your expressions of interest by COP on Tuesday 22nd September and check out our vacancies page for more details.
Trans Aid Cymru
Trans Aid Cymru (TAC) are a local mutual aid group that started in Cardiff, fiscally hosted by us.
They have created a thriving support network to help transgender, intersex and non-binary (TIN) people in Wales, and provide mutual aid, grants, events, and a safe space when it is most needed. Watch the video to hear about how The Social Change Nest have supported them.
