But rest is not a luxury – it’s a vital, radical act of care for ourselves and our communities. Held by The Community Nest, this session is a sincere invitation to pause, breathe, and reflect together on how doing less can actually do more for us – and the movements we’re part of.
Led by Samantha Sanns, an experienced facilitator, coach and stand up comic, this session invites you to explore a gentler, softer kind of resistance – one rooted in joy, rest, and collective care.
