DESCRIPTION:The New Organising Conference is where trade unionists\, community organisers\, campaigners and grassroots activists come together to learn\, connect and strategise. \nWhether you’re organising in your workplace\, your neighbourhood\, or on the streets — this is where we come to build the skills\, relationships and analysis needed to win. \n  \n🤝 Brings hundreds of union and community activists and organisers together \n🛠️ Explores the strategies and tactics we need to build our collective power \n👀 Covers a wide range of themes \n🤹‍♂️ Is co-created\, celebrative\, intersectional\, inclusive\, action-oriented\, open to many voices\, participatory and educational \n🔎 Has over 45 interactive sessions to choose from across the weekend \n🌯 Includes all meals\, entertainments and on-site accommodation \n\nTickets & Pricing\nTicket prices are based on how many days/nights and on a sliding scale\, according to people’s ability to pay for them. If your organisation pays for them it’s based on the size and access to resources it has. \nThe conference only works because people are willing to pay according to their financial position. To make the conference financially accessible for everyone\, Action Network ask people to pay as much as they comfortably can. \nAction Network have funding to supply people who need it with £0 tickets. In some cases\, they can also cover travel expenses.

DESCRIPTION:Are you feeling overwhelmed in the face of your work challenges? \nIs your health suffering? \nAre you struggling with inner conflict\, between your personal needs and those of the people whom you support? \nDo you have the sense of not being good enough? \nWould you like more resources to support you? \nAimed at supporting changemakers\, this in-person systemic constellation workshop will provide you with new perspectives on your situation and\, more importantly\, some tools to help you face it from a position of greater strength. It will include: \n\n\nAcknowledging the reality of the challenges we face\nExploring what is behind our conflicts and stuck (repeating) patterns\nRecognising the full impact on our health and well-being\nSensing into our ‘right’ place to make a difference\n\n\nPotential outcomes for participants include: \n\nmore harmonious relationships\nshifting of stuck (repeating) patterns\nreleasing of shame\, blame and guilt\nalleviation of symptoms of illness\n\nThere are concessions available for not-for-profits.
