DESCRIPTION:Making social change requires energy and passion – but sustaining that work takes resources\, strategies\, and supportive ways of working. \n  \nJoin workshop 1 in this series to explore how you can generate income and diversify your funding without needing to become a charity or registered company. Come together with other community groups\, grassroots organisations\,  and experienced facilitators Mariama and Inderjit to gain the confidence and tools you need to future proof your group.  \n  \nYou’ll leave the workshop with: \n\nIncreased understanding of costing everyday activities and how to fundraise accordingly\nConfidence to take into building a financial strategy in their organisation\nAwareness of different business models\nKnowledge of how entrepreneurship can be employed in other nonprofit contexts\n\nRegister for the first workshop here \n  \nWe’ll also be hosting a Peer Lab\, following on from each workshop. The Peer Labs have been designed to encourage further learning and practical use of the knowledge you’ve gained from attending the Building Blocks workshops. SUMMARY:Personal burnout: new perspectives on pushing the boundaries
DESCRIPTION:Are you feeling overwhelmed in the face of your work challenges? \nIs your health suffering? \nAre you struggling with inner conflict\, between your personal needs and those of the people whom you support? \nDo you have the sense of not being good enough? \nWould you like more resources to support you? \nThis is an in-person\, systemic constellation workshop to support change-makers in managing overwhelm and burnout. The workshop will include:\n– Acknowledging the reality of the challenges we face\n– Exploring what is behind our conflicts and stuck (repeating) patterns\n– Sensing into our ‘right’ place to make a difference \nThis workshop is offered on a Pay What You Can basis\, with a minimum amount of £25 (in line with the foundational role which exchange holds in systemic constellation work). Usual cost of participation is £125 (£75 concessions for registered charities and other voluntary organisations).
